Uh, I just stumbled across this in case anyone is interested. It's a free download of Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle.
Now, I hesitated to post this originally, as I'm uncomfortable getting a free pass when the author worked pretty hard on his book. Then I thought, what about those who would benefit greatly but just can't fork over $40 (or whatever he is currently charging)? If you're on a tight budget, here's a little break for you. So...there it is. I like to think of it as finding a copy in your local library. I'll even things out and donate the money I would have spent to the American Red Cross.
