Burn the fat, Feed the Muscle Question

I have been following the BFFM program for 2 weeks now. I have really
enjoyed all the foods on the lists and am diligent about eating my 5 meals. I also have been following Cathe's Feb rotation. My question is, how long before I can see any results? I would think I would see SOME sort of result whether its 1 pound or something. I know there have been many of you wonderful ladies who have posted on BFFM and any feed back from you will be appreciated.

I'm wondering, do I keep going with what I am doing or just chunk it
all?

Two weeks certainly isn't enough time to decide whether to chuck it or not. I would definitely keep going, because it sounds like you're on the right track. I guess it depends what your goals are. Have you set all your goals as per BFFM?
