I love your DVDS - I've learned so much from you and can't thank you enough. I've been working out with you for about a year or more now-that is, until last fall, when my "get up and go" abandoned me.
I have worked out for years (in some form) and since last fall I have just lost my desire. I'm not sick or seriously injured, but I have a chronic problem with my plantar muscles. If I run consistently, or do leg workouts with lunges and squats, I have pain in both feet but the right foot is really bad. Most of the time its just annoying, but lately it's been like a toothache! I've had cortisone shots, orthotics and I go for ultra sound and use an ice pack to reduce inflammation, but no matter what I do I'm always wrestling with that. In spite of all of this, I dont think this is what's robbed me of my spark...I've fought this for years, so its nothing new, and I'm at a loss.
I have read that you've been working out for years and wonder if you've experienced anything like this before. If so, I'd appreciate your input because I'm really frustrated. (My pants are starting to get tight - uggg! I need help!)
