Bun Burner

Yesterday I wanted a little cardio and lower body workout so I did Power Circuit with a 40 lb BB and 15 lb DB, plus the leg drills from Kickmax and a 3 min ball wall squat. By noon yesterday my buns were burning and today they are still talking to me. Give it a try for a non traditional lower body day.

Just a thought... take it or leave it. :)

Yes, PC is one of Cathe's workouts! Sounds like a great workout. My buns NEED burned. (as in OFF!) :7

Thanks Nancy for this great combo. I did PC this a.m. with BMax Powercircuits, my buns are definitely warm but not burning, I'll try this in a couple of days and kick the heat up a notch!
