I've been doing my legs about 3 to 4 times a week for the past few monthes and the most burn I ever felt in my legs was from Body Max just doing the step and circuit part. I did it this morning and oh boy was my legs, butt and thighs were frying}(. I did do this on an 8 inch. I also like doing just the premix of HSTA lower body only but going heavy and taking a minute break in between then going into the blast only premix of Imax 2 or cardio only premix from KPC or the KPC drills premix only.
I have done all the leg workouts many times so I know that for me, Leaner Legs produces the most quad soreness, and PS Legs produces the most glute/hamstring soreness although Legs and Glutes comes close.
It would have to say "Bun & breast" as I am not particularly fond of dark meat! :7
