Bulking up!

Hi Cathe.
I know this is something that comes up all the time, but I am really frustrated and need some help! I know we are all different and need to experiment but I really value your opinion.

I did a three week rotation of S&H (I did three days on, one day off) Then I started a variation of the Tank top arms rotation:

PS Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, and Back, Biceps and Abs
cardio
BodyMax
Cardio
MIS (but in the third week I switched to PH)
cardio
anything I want to do or nothing at all day ;-)

I have started to sprinkle some yoga and pilates back into it as well.
Please please advise. Should I do PH 3x a week or MIS once and PH 2x, or...?
