Building Your Arms & Abs

I am so curious as to what anyone thinks is the best video or weighlifting technique to get bigger biceps (for women). I work out 5 to 6 days a week, which includes a couple of days of heavy weights for my arms. I can't seem to get those wonderful arms that Cathe has. Also, what has worked to get the ripped abs that Cathe and her crew seems to have on these videos.

Cathe has stated in previous posts that some people have problems with some areas in muscle building. Some have a hard time getting defined shoulders, or biceps, mine is the tricep area (need to get more of the fat insulation off, but they are there, I can feel them!)

She just encourages you to increase your weights safely and do as many reps as possible with good form. Make sure your arm days are at least 48 hrs apart, though, to allow for muscle recovery.

The rest, I am working on it myself, so don't have any other advice.
