Hellllp. How on earth do you lean up? Will there ever be a way to lean up and loose weight effetively so that you can see your muscles uner your skin. Any one out there have any ideas? I realllllly need some help. Thank you.
Hi Lchappel! You really have to eat clean in addition to working out. I don't know what you are currently doing workout wise, but do 3 to 4 weekly cardio workouts (20 to 60 minutes based on your fitness level) and strength train two times per week (non-consecutively and hitting every major muscle group). That will be a nice foundation along with eating clean to really get those muscle to show their faces

PS.....Eating clean means eating everything in its most pure and natural state. An apple instead of apple fruit roll ups or apple pie, a carrot instead of carrot cake or cream carrot soup. Baby spinach leaf salad instead of sauteed spinach etc. Hope this helps!
Thank you so much for responding to me. I know how busy you are and am delighted to have a response from you. I work out with various of your Intensity Series as well as your most recent series. I started with your workouts two years ago. I absolutely enjoy then and look forward to the hard workouts that each brings. I am trying to follow your rotation suggestions as closely as possible. I know that I need to eat clean continuously and not to enjoy chocolate so much. Any suggestions on how I can cut back on that?
