I don't know exactly the answer for you, but I would suggest doing a search of the rotations forum. I got a great rotation from there that I'm currently doing from Marcy that has been great. (More of a Interval and weight type workout.) I don't have a clue how to paste a link here or I'd do it! But I also got an endurance rotation that I'll be starting next month (actually on Monday the 30th) from FitnessFreak366 that is for Endurance and using some premixes. (This was dated 11/26/05 and is number 4341 if that helps during your search.)
