Hello there! We finally got some snow this morning! It looks different to see somethig other than brown out the window!
I did Pyramid Lower Body this morning and will do my NordicTrack for 40 minutes after work. I am going to try the "freestyle" approach this month where you work you legs daily, upper body 2x per week and I'll be doing cardio at least 30-40 minutes 5 days a week.
I had good results doing this about 2 years ago and hope it works again! HAve a good day! Susan
