Morning Ladies,
This weekends workouts where as follows:
Sat: 10lb Slimdown Xtreme Core and Recovery Lower Body
Sun: 10lb Slimdown Xtreme Cardio Kickboxing
Mon: Prevention 3-2-1 Workout
I have three Chris Freytag workouts that are not part of this Xtreme set, so those will be my workouts for the last three days of October. Had a nice weekend, but had a little to much candy.
