Buff Badgers Week of Oct. 24th

Hello! Sorry I didn't check in yesterday. I was at teachers conference all day and then had choir practice.

Susan- :eek: I can't believe what happened to you with the deer! I bet that spiked your heart rate!

Laurie- Glad you were able to relax a little. I haven't tried Yoga Max yet, but what I've read about it seems a bit disappointing. It sounds like it's not very "max". But, I like Yoga Relax, and I'm not a yoga person, so maybe I'll like it anyway.

Heartymax- Those mountain climbers are killer with the discs! I had a lot of trouble with them at first. I have also been skipping ab sections for planks, but this time I did it and liked it. I can't do the "L holds" with my legs, it just bothers my back too much, but everything else was good without being killer.

Sue- I did pass along your empathy to DH. He went to bed with his phone again last night :rolleyes:, but it looks as though the server issues may be resolved soon, and he can start working normal hours again.

I did Low Impact Challenge on Wednesday and enjoyed it. The choreography is fun, athletic but a little dancey, too. I thought the music was a little blah, though. No workout yesterday, and I haven't quite decided what I'm doing yet today. I was thinking of doing an upper body premix from Trisets and adding on some cardio.
