Buff Badgers Week of May 25th

Quick run down of the last few days. Saturday morning I did the first leg workout of Meso2 in STS. Plus I also had my Saturday morning class. Sunday was my no workout day. Not going to say rest day because this past weekend was far from restful. Monday I did KPC. I haven't done that in soooo long. I enjoyed it very much. This morning I did Week 2 of Meso 2 Chest, shoulders, and tri's. With all the yard work, cleaning, and what not that I did over the weekend. This mornings workout felt hard. I pushed through it and did it!

Nothing to report today. Decided to take an extra rest day. Body is pretty fatigued from the workouts and from all the work I did over the weekend. Also doesn't help any that I've been having such issues with headaches. Feels more sinus related. I know there is stress that is playing into it as well.

I have been resting a few days myself. Son had 6 games over weekend and the heat just wiped me out. Been going to bed really early and waking up in middle of the night.

6 games over the weekend.. wow! That alone sounds tiring.

The extra day of rest must have done me good. I worked out this morning and did Disc 18 from Meso 2 Back and Bi's and had a great workout. Really good strength. It felt great.

Happy Friday!

This morning I did Cardio Coach 6. Made the mistake of not having short sleeves on and I had a major sweat fest going on. It felt great.

This afternoon I have an appt. for dry salt therapy to help cleanse and detoxify the respiratory system. I'm hoping it will help will the sinus pressure I'm constantly feeling. I know it will take more than one appointment to notice a difference but I'm going to give it a try and see.
