Heartymax, I do have the bar. I got it after I used her dvds. I have read some people use weights instead. She does use the bar for push ups on the step and some things like that but then you would just use your step as normal. The bar, I think, makes it hard because of the balace of the long bar. I would think a long bar of anykind would be able to do that also.
Brenda, I do have HoCo Bootcamp. That one is tough but the breaks from beiing horizontal are helpful. It does a horizontal part and then one minute of some kind of cardio move, just basic plyo type moves.
