Buff Badgers Week of June 22nd

Good Morning! Quick run down of the last few days. Saturday I did legs from RWH and then I had my Saturday morning class. I thought my legs were going to be fried from RWH but it actually wasn't too bad. Sunday we did the Father's Day thing on both sides of the family. No Workout. Monday I had my kickboxing class. Then this morning I did XTrain Burn Sets Chest, Back, and shoulders. Had really good strength. Felt great!

Hope you had a great weekend! Mine was good got everything done I wanted to in between all the other stuff I had going on.

Hi Brenda. You have been busy. Are the same people still coming to your classes?

I cancelled my RT because of foot injury. I am taking a rest and tried it before but it started back bothering me. There is no way I can do that number of workouts for RT.

I have been doing some pushups, leg lifts and situps the last few days.

That's a bummer that you had to cancel the RT but I completely understand why you did. There will be others.

I've been extremely busy... "no time for down time" ;) I have a few people that are the same in my classes and a couple new ones as well. Really hoping that more people will sign up once summer is over with.

This morning for the first time since before surgery I did Tabatacise and I did do all 5 of them. I definitely had to take longer breaks here and there but I did it. It was hard but I felt very accomplished afterwards. Hip did great. I was drenched in sweat by the time I was done. It felt good though.

Good Morning!

This morning was BS Bi's & Tri's. Managed to still with my 20's on all sets of bi's except one. Felt pretty good about that.

One day closer to Friday. I'm looking forward to this week being over with because I'm off work all next week. I'll be doing yard work and stuff at home but at least I'm not at work.

I get out for a 4 week summer break on Monday. My family will travel during holiday. Going to a family reunion and then to visit in our hometown. We may squeeze in some other fun but we will be gone a while.

Glad things are still coming along with your classes. I guess it feels good to have a few "regulars" who attend.

Today I walked 30 minutes on elliptical.

Sounds like you have some really nice things planned for your 4 week summer break. Enjoy it!

I normally have been doing the elliptical on Fridays but just didn't feel like it today. I did Body Max 2 cardio blast. With not being used to stepping since surgery. I did the warm-up and 2 combos on the 8" and then I had to take it down to 6". I did the cardio portion of 3 of the blasts at the end and did one of the blasts. Legs were just not up to it. I always liked that workout so it was fun to do it again.

I'm off of work all next week. We'll be doing a bunch of stuff around the house but I'll just be glad to be coming into work for a week.
