Good Morning!
Saturday was my last day of legs for Mesocycle 2 of STS. Then for 2 1/2 hrs I volunteered at Breakfast on the Farm in Washington County and served cheese curds. It was fun. Then left there at 8am to head out for my exercise class at 9. Sunday was my no workout day. Monday I had my kickboxing class and this morning I decided to change gears and I did RWH Chest, shoulder, tri's and abs. The pace of that workout really fries those muscles.

Good Morning!

Muscles are talking to me from RWH yesterday. It's all good. ;) This morning was the first time I did RWH Plyo HiiT and I did one and two. I did 2 first and then 1. I could not do the one armed burpees. It puts too much strain in my left hip so I did a normal burpee. I had to take a few extra breaths but considering.. I didn't think I did too bad. I also had to do the step portion on 6". I tried with 8 but just didn't it in me. Didn't want to hurt myself so I kept it at the 6".

I'm off work the next couple of days so if I don't get out here to post, that's why.

Hi Brenda. I can barely get through one Plyo Hiit workout LOL. I remember the desire to do two the first time and quickly realized that was not reality.

Tuesday was the last day of school for the kids and I am so happy. Household is less stressful when we are not trying to keep up with homework, test and project deadlines.

No workouts so far this week.
