Well, I didn't get that short workout in on my off day because I was exhausted by the time DS went down for his nap. I ended up taking a little nap myself. 'Twas delicious
Yesterday was Shape It Up! which I think I should get extra credit for because I was BEAT after a whole day of cleaning/chasing DS at the park. I have to say I'm seeing some nice things going on with my legs. Even DH said something about them while I was walking around in my workout clothes the other day.
Today is Firm It Up! I HATE it! I think I'm going to hang on to my weighted bar or a chair during the squats this time. I always feel like I'm focusing more on my lower back and keeping good form than working my butt, so maybe that will help.
Sue- I adore LIS/HIS, and I see in other places on these forums, as well as the VF forums, that others don't like how complex they are. I like the complexity because it keeps my mind off the hard work. Sorry about your dryer I hate having to spend money on something so boring...
Susan- Good luck with your cleaning. I just did that with DS's room. What an accomplishment! He has FIVE milk crates full of books, and he's only 2! At least he's too little to notice when I send something up to the attic.
Have a great weekend Heartymax and Laurie!
Tomorrow I'm cheering on my brother's half-marathon in Ft. Atkinson and taking DH to the Artisan Beer Festival as his Dad's Day gift. Am I the best wife ever, or what? (I think I'll probably enjoy it as much as him...)
