Buff Badgers Week of Feb. 6

Good morning! What a beautiful snow to be treated to today!

Yesterday I did Omni Level 1 instead of Mat since I still have it lying around. The arms and abs were not nearly as difficult as Mat's, but the leg stuff was waaaay harder. I could only complete about half the reps that Tracy did. part of me said "Yuck, I'm never doing that again!", but part of me is determined to conquer it ;) I'll get it through KF, once I get around to returning Turbo Fire.

I was also feeling really energetic right around 4 pm, and had an incredible urge to do HIS, so I did :p No workout planned for today, but I reserve the right to change my mind.

Laurie- I've been thinking about doing 30 Day Shred lately since I haven't done it in ages. I wonder if it'll be any easier for me? Level 2 used to just slay me.

Heartymax- Yay! So glad you made a choice! You'll love having a new toy around! I did South Beach for awhile a few years ago. I lost 13 pounds in two weeks! I was so crabby that I couldn't keep it up, though. My mom responds really well to low-carb diets, though. I do better with loose clean-eating principles and portion control.
 
HI gang! Well, I went home with the flu yesterday.:( Stayed in bed all day and am still not 100% today but I am at work. Taking it as my REST day for the week. Tomorrow will be S90 chest/shoulders/tri and some cardio on the elliptical. Sunday is Legs, I think.

Heartymax, congrats on the elliptical! Your whole family will enjoy it. My kids are still a little too small for it. Well DD isn't, she's just too lazy!:p

Laurie, yes, I ate low carb during P90X and had great results. I have kept the weight off but have not been able to lose any more. Hoping this will kick me into gear. I love my protein!:D

Sam, when I saw the snow this morning I did not think of the word "beautiful"! I thaought " What is this crap?" :eek: You seem to have lots of energy lately!
