Hey! This morning was cardio kicks...forgot how much I like that one! Just watched a clip of supreme 90 and am going to wait for Laurie´s review, but looks like it may be my next purchase! So, does the 90 mean another 3 month rotation? Does he tell you the weight to be used or is there a 1RM thing?
Laurie, I find that days that I just sit around I am more tired than other days.
Susan, over our spring break (next week) I´m planning on trying out some different pilates to see which ones I´d like to work into my rotations. Our library has one of the exhale pilates vids...are you familiar with those?
Karen, if it is below 19 I usually won´t run, but then I haven´t run much this winter anyway. I mentioned that I´m doing the Jeff Galloway run/walk and interestingly enough my times are better. My family thinks I could do a half and with that method I probably could, but if I do I want to do the Disney one which would be a year from now...and then I´d be a year older
