Happy Friday! Bryan got home safe & sound. He's looking forward to the weekend since his time away wasn't exactly recreational. I never got to my workout yesterday, so I'm heading down in a few minutes to do HoCo Volume 2 (I think. I've been prone to changing my mind at the last moment lately. )
I'm glad I'm not the only one who struggles with those 180 squat turns.
Heartymax- When I do Hiit I usually have to take an extra break somewhere, too. And there are definitely times when 30/30 resembles 25/35. I haven't ever done 40/20. I'm scared of it
Susan- Enjoy your weekend! It's sounds like you need it.
Brenda- I don't have Drill Max, but I have the cardio drills included with Cardio Fusion. They are definitely tough. A lot of Cathe's old interval bursts seem so long now because I'm used to Tabata and Hiit.
Karen- You have Ultimate Yogi! I was so tempted by it for awhile, but I'm not sure I'll ever be able to do yoga at all consistently.
