Morning BB's,
Well it is about dang time that I got on to chat with all you wonderful ladies!

Very busy working my fingers to the bone!
Today I got in a 3m run and the new One on One Ab workout with Tony Horton. This workout was basically Ab Ripper followed by Ab Ripper X, for a total of 30 min workout. They are suppose to be sending me a new DVD, because of a defect. They put in two chapter points, so as I was crunching away, all of a sudden it went to the beginning again.
DD15 had a great race on Saturday with a time of 16:12, so she shaved another 23 seconds of her last time. I know that I would never be able to something like that! Her coach told her she has gone from a good runner to a top runner!
DD11 had her first dance class on Saturday, and she had a huge smile on her face when the class was finished. She must have gotten quite a workout in, because she was huffing and puffing when she came by me. All the way home she was talking all about her class. I think Miss Sharon is a very wise woman by advancing her into the next class. She was getting bored at the end of last year!
Lala, In all my time running I have not had hip pain, so I'm sorry I can't help you out. Maybe is will just take some time, I know that Karen had some problems with her hip when she was running.
Sue, So what did you think of Heroes last night! I'm still not quite certain that I understand everything that is going on. Will wait with until you are able to watch the last hour to see what you think of the whole thing.

Congrats to your DS on such a great start to their season.
Dani, Oh you will love KPC and Legs & Glutes. L&G has to be one of my favorite leg workouts, because she doesn't use a weighted bar. Glad you are enjoying the X workouts.
Susan, Don't worry about those workouts, you will get back into the swing of things again! Can't be any worse than I was, because I didn't do anything for three days!
