Buff Badgers Week of 2/3

I have to make this quick but wanted to get us kicked off.

Saturday I did X10 LIC, Hi/Lo, FBC and the first few cardio blasts from Cardio blasts. Sunday was rest day and this morning I did X10 FBC and then Athletic training but skipped the step cardio portion and a few other exercises.

Saturday PM went to dinner with some friends and had a blast. Sunday I got to see the latest and greatest addition to our family (my niece's baby that she had on Dec 21st).

Hello! Brenda, I think it's just you and me this week. I believe Heartymax said she'd be out of town and wouldn't be able to check in.

Saturday I did PRS #1. No workouts yet this week.

I may as well come out with it since it's already affecting my workout schedule: I am pregnant! :eek: It was a happy surprise, and I am very early along... only 5 weeks, but I'm very symptomatic. Tired, queasy, over-emotional, etc. As I type this, I can hardly keep my eyes open. Anyway, when I have energy, I will try to work out. I'm hoping I feel better today after picking DS up from school.

I ordered Tracy Anderson's Pregnancy Project and it should be coming today. It has a "toning" (I hate that word) workout for each month of pregnancy. I don't think I'll be up for a lot of heavy lifting, and I've read about people on the VF boards having a lot of success with barre-type workouts during pregnancy, so I might try to do more of that style, also.

I was going to keep the whole thing a secret until the first trimester was over, but you'd probably find out if something bad happened anyway, and I didn't want you to think I was lazy :D!

Sam - that is wonderful news!! Congrats!! I hope all goes well! I'm glad you shared the news because I would have thought something was up. I did get the final on my logo. I'll have to upload it to my photo album so you can see it.

This morning I did Hardstrikes and followed that with Intensity HiiT portion and I did the first blast on the LI HiiT.

Good morning! I did Pregnancy Project Month 1 today. Boy, was it hard to work myself up to doing something... I can't believe how tired I am! It was a nice workout though. Challenging, without being exhausting.

Brenda- I can't wait to see the new logo. Let me know when it's up!

This morning was FlexTrain.. I really like this workout. It's such a great mix of things.

Sam - I tried loading it last night but was having computer problems. I'll try again tonight. I sent my info off to the printer for them to create me some business cards. Glad you found workouts you can still do during your pregnancy. I told DH about your news and he says "congrats!!"

Today was my usual Thurs of AOLIH and Stretch Max.

By this weekend my workout area in the basement should be extremely close to being done.... yeah!!

Just checking in to say "Hi" and to say I didn't work out today. I was so sore after my gentle little workout yesterday, I decided to shoot for three or four times a week for now.

Aw, that's sweet of your DH, Brenda! I'm excited for your workout area to be done!

This morning I did Supercuts Extreme with my own little twist to it.

I'm so excited I get to pick up my business cards today after work. I can't wait. This weekend I want to finish up my brochure. It'll be on the smaller side but just wanted something more than my business cards.

This Saturday DH & I have a couples massage. Can't wait. Haven't had one since October. Long overdue. We have gift certificates we got at Christmas to use up so that will help with the cost.
