Hi Ladies! I had a good weekend. Saturday I did half of Supercuts and two short Blogilates workouts: a back workout and a butt workout. Both were very short and didn't use weights, but to be honest, I found them much harder than Supercuts. I must have very little muscle endurance. No wonder running is so difficult for me. Sunday was a rest day, and DH and I went for a spur-of-the-moment date night dinner with some Christmas money we got from his uncle. Delicious!
Today I did Jessica Smith's Kick Butt Kickboxing and Blogilates Beginner Total Body workout and the 100 Workout. They were hard because I'm still sore from last week's workouts
DH is off today, and he is currently having a little Father-Son time with DS at the Lego store and McDonald's. I'm enjoying a quiet house. Have a great day!
