Buff Badgers Wee of June 20th

Heartymax - The people who gained have been in the contest before and just keep entering it over and over as a way of keeping their weight in control. Apparently it isn't working for these people. ;) To be fair though, they may not have necessarily gained during the last round. They had problems with people losing a lot of weight and winning, gaining it all back and losing/winning again so they changed the rules that you always start at your lowest recorded weight - even if that's not where you are when the round starts. My co-worker, for example, is up 6 pounds from her lowest weight so she needs to lose those 6 first before anything counts as far as percentage lost.
 
Morning Ladies,

I didn't feel like doing Leaner Legs last night, the thought of putting a barbell on my shoulders wasn't appealing. So I did S90 Legs. :D This morning was CTX Back & Triceps, and Kristen McGee's Power Yoga the first 30 min. Felt great!

Susan, I like all the leg work in P90X Legs, just not the pull-ups. I have done that workout with just doing the leg portion, and using the skip button. ;) I also have his one on one plyo leg workout, maybe that one should be pulled out. :eek: Did you manage to get the lawn mowed, we had rain all day yesterday. :(

Sam, I love all the weight work in 4DS. If I keep doing this rotation through the summer I will probably do the 4DS weight work in place of CTX. Did you buy Travel Fit, because if you didn't I have one that you can have. It is still in the wrapper! :eek:

Sue, You came out even, so that is pretty good. ;) Congrats on the weight loss. I love S90 Total Body! I'm putting that one in for my total body workout.

heartymax, I usually I'm a huge fan of Leaner Legs also, just was a little sore in the shoulders last night. Of course I wasn't looking forward to the Leg Presses. I think that is the one leg exercise that I just can't stand. :p
