Hello Badgers,

Hope everyone is doing well this morning. It's chilly outside this morning but such nice sleeping weather. It's perfect this week--cool and calm at night but nice and sunny and warm (but not hot) in the day!

Got up and did a walking routine on the treadmill which went ok. Planning on doing MM again tomorrow morning. Also been eating pretty clean so far this week.

Hey Jedi, how was Neil Diamond? I hope you had fun shopping and at the concert! I thought of you last night because I went with my brother to see Star Wars at the cheapie theater!

Sorry to bring it up again, but those pictures and stories coming in from the hurricane are just awful. I have a feeling the news won't get any better.:-(

Good morning,

Yes, it is beautiful out today. I didn't get up to work out this morning so I'll have to try to do it tonight. I'm trying to get myself to adjust to a morning-only workout schedule, but I can't seem to get there. I do okay a couple days a week, but the rest of the time I just put it off till later. With school starting, I don't have that option anymore; I just have to get my brain to adjust. It's not easy -- 5:15 comes early.

Anyway, class tonight, then hopefully home to do Step Blast and Leaner Legs. I still can't get myself to want to run (the rotation for today actually calls for a 3-mile run, but I'm substituting).

And it's hard to read the stories about the hurricane. I feel so awful for all the people who are going through it.

Morning BB's,

Yesterday I was doing Leaner Legs (pardon Meaner Legs }( ) and the sweat was just pouring into my eye. That is one tough workout.

Today is KPC.

Marie, I would say that the Aug05 rotation really challenged my cardio capacity.

I received an e-mail from Beachbody, my Turbo Jam is suppose to be on it's way.

It was PUB for me this morning minus the abs. Will do those tonight because I usually do them first and this morning I just didn't feel like doing pikes at 5:15!

Jill - 400 walking lunges sounds harder than it really is. I'm sure you'd have no problem.

Hi Everyone,
No workout this morning - DH forgot to wake me. He needs re-training.

Having a bad day and in a bad mood. I was hoping for an exciting announcement from Cathe to improve my day but nothing yet. What's the deal? It is Wednesday and it is mean to keep us in suspense. Bad enough to tease us with an announcement and keep us waiting and guessing. I hope after all this we aren't disappointed.
 
Marie-what is UP with that announcement thing? Why do they do that and torture us so? I think it's just MEAN. Sorry you're having a bad day. I hope it improves!

Sue-you overestimate me lol. I could maybe do 100 walking lunges. LOL. Pikes @ 5:15. Gee, what a lazya$$ you are to not have done them. (sarcasm there lol). I still can't do those or levitations! Grrrr.

Thea-the situation is heartbreaking in the South. I will remember this when I'm thinking swear words in my head while shoveling snow in February. I'd rather deal with the cold I guess.

Ellen-sounds like we all slept in today! I didn't get up until 8am either, which is about 90 minutes past my normal rising time. My son has been sleeping late lately---late means anything past 6:00am for him. He must be about to grow a lot-that usually happens. (He'll be 13 on 9/21).

Laurie-I think I asked this yesterday and you missed it. Do you EVER take a rest day? I see you doing these hard hard workouts EVERY day and am in awe. I think I just get lazy and the rest days aren't planned, but usually end up being 2 instead of one.

I have not worked out since my marathon at the Y on Sunday. My calves have just been too sore. Walking has been challenging, let alone trying a "real" workout. They are sore today yet, but much better, so I'm going to be able to do something. I think I'll try something "easy" like Basic Step. If that hurts too much, I'll just get on the treadmill. I don't want to even LOOK at my elliptical yet lol.

ETA: Marie another thing to be cranky about....WHERE is the September rotation? It starts tomorrow!! I've never done a Cathe rotation and am seriously considering it, once I see what it is. As long as it's not as hard as Augut lol. I would like to know what torturous hell I'll be in for starting tomorrow!

I don't work out on the weekends. But wait until I get my weekends free. This is our last weekend at the faire! A little disappointing, but it will be nice to have a Saturday that I don't have to wake up at 5:00 am. :D

Neil Diamond was great. My MIL just loved it, she even cryed twice because she thought it was the best gift we could give her (besides grandchildren). This was her 5 Neil Diamond concert. Today I did Kick Max for the first time...I loved it. I loved the blast section...Ilove all that jumping around. The leg conditioning drills will make me sore tomorrow. I hope everyone is having great workout...You all are an inspiration to me..keep it up.:)
