Hi, everyone!

Thea - Great to see you're able to get in some cardio on the elliptical and bike. Yeah, darn on skipping those lunges! LOL

I did GS Legs this morning and felt a familiar not-so-good twinge in my knee during lunges. x( Hopefully, it's just a warning to slow down and with tomorrow being a rest day it won't bother me any more. It's from an old knee injury about 2 years ago when I strained my patellar tendon. If I do too much high impact or too many moves like lunges which put extra pressure on that knee, I feel it. It's been a LONG time since I've felt anything so I was hoping I was past that. Guess not.

I'm in Chicago for a class tomorrow so won't be checking in so hope everyone has a great day. Almost time to pull out the winter coats. Brrrrrrrr

Sue, take care of that knee. I hope your rest day will do the trick.

I did Body Max this morning. It took me a little while for my brain to wake up, but once I got going I enjoyed it. To me, that's really an ideal workout format: enough cardio to make you feel like you got a good workout, and enough weights to tire out your muscles without making you feel collapsing. I'm glad Cathe is making a new Body Max. I want to figure out a new rotation incorporating it more often, because I don't do it nearly as much as I used to. I need to really think about what I want to do next; my current rotation is more grueling than I can handle, and it's making me dread working out. I don't want to feel like that!

I'm enjoying the cooler weather. I'm perpetually cold and always need to bundle up, but it seems so pleasant this year for some reason. I may be regretting saying that in a few months though!
