Good morning BBs,

This morning was a 30 minute treadmill routine followed by LIS. Pretty good workout. My DVD player keeps freezing though, so I need to see about that, sure interrupts a workout!

Man, oh, man am I NOT in the mood to work today. Think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed!

Good morning,

Today was Low Max for me. I'm not in the mood to work today either, Thea! I'd much rather go back home and crawl into bed. Alas, no such luck :)

I signed up for the Indy half marathon yesterday. I'm not sure how I'll do, but I want to at least try. I don't think I'll finish last, and that's all that matters to me!

Ellen - Good for you signing up for the Indy half marathon! I'm sure you won't finish last either.

Decided to do some yoga last night so I did "Inhale" which I record from the Oxygen channel sometimes. I like to do this if I have time because he has 3 10 minute segments between commercials plus deep stretching at the end so you can do as much as you have time for. I did the whole hour (less commercials) and man do I feel it today! We did froggie stretches where you sort of kneel with your legs spread and feet behind you and lean forward. My inner thighs are screaming today and I'm walking like I just got off a horse! LOL

Despite the soreness, I somehow managed to do Imax3 this morning. It was rough but I made it through all the intervals. Had to add on extra recovery time after each interval to catch my breath. My goal is to someday do this wokout without the extra breaks. Checked my log and the last time I did this workout was 9/20 so I need to start doing this w/o more often I guess.:D

Musclemax is scheduled for tomorrow but I don't know about those plie squats! May have to shuffle my rotation a bit to accomodate.

Good for you about the half maraton, Ellen! When is it? That is a future goal of mine as well. Good luck with the training!

Sue, I need to do more yoga as well. I used to do it twice a week in college and it really made a difference in my flexibility and stress level. I think it's a good way to round out an exercise routine!

Ugh, still don't want to be at work....I would love to go home and crawl into bed and read a good book!
