Morning BB's,

Today will be KPC. Last night I added on some abs, as long as it was on the All Step menu. I really enjoyed the work out and I'm thinking of increasing the bicep curls with the barbell on GS BSB. I'm not up to Cathe's 35 lbs, but thinking of going to 30. Guess it doesn't hurt to try it out hey!

Mondays are the best for me as far as a get together. Even weekend day's are still available. What a shock on that one, but they are filling up fast.

Hello,

Sorry, haven't posted in a while. It was 30 minutes on the elliptical and then the lower body add-on from Cathe's Basic Step DVD. I am finding that shorter workouts without heavy weight are working best to get my ankle back into shape. It is still a bit sore and swells at times so I am being careful. I am doing my strengthening exercises from PT and it is helping. I am going to try out Basic Step next week I think--CAREFULLY!

Glad to hear you are all doing well. I am loving this fall weather! Jedi, have fun with your parents and say hello to them for me!!!

Good morning BB
Today was KickMAx kickbox/bootcamp drills and leg conditioning drills. My cravings for unhealthy foods have clamed down, I really had two weeks of bad cravings (I think they are due to irregular periods and other OB/GYN problems that I am having lately-I'm been on some very hormonal medications also). anyway....
Thea-My parents say HI. We are doing some shopping again today in GB. There is a brand new JCpenny's that just opened and we will be going to the Packer Pro Shop (I know that you are a Bears fan but I have been overtaken and now I am a GB packer backer.:)

Today I did KPC and Legs and Glutes. Both are two of my favorites, so it was a good workout, although even after being up for four hours I'm really foggy. Wednesdays are almost always my lowest-energy days.

Can't wait for the weekend! My boyfriend and I are going to Notre Dame to see them play USC. We have no allegiance to either team, so it'll be fun to just watch a good game. Some of his best friends from college live in South Bend, so we're going to visit, tailgate, eat good food and drink good margaritas ;)

While we're talking get-together, I unfortunately have class every night Monday through Thursday, so I wouldn't be able to make it during the week. I hope you all have fun though :)

Hi guys. I hurt my back AGAIN so no workout today. I think I might have to see my chiro again. I may ask her for a PT referral. It costs me $30 every time to see the chiro! And it seems to be happening more frequently, and more easily. Today I stepped on a shoe and jerked my back and now am down for the count. :(


Ellen I went to a ND game once-it was a blast! The thing I remember most is that they played Boston and we were (unfortunately) sitting with them. The accents!! LOL

I have my boys half the time, so as for a get together day, it's hit or miss. Weekends are fine for me, too---I'm single! I can also leave them alone for a few hours, so almost any day would work (except the next two Fridays since my son still has football).

The only other time I've seen Notre Dame play in South Bend was also when they played Boston College. It was a couple of years ago, and until that game ND was undefeated, and everybody thought they were on their way to the national championship. But they lost vs. Boston College! Ever since we've said that we're a jinx :)

Hi Everyone!

Today I did something different. I did Cardio Kicks and repeated the kicking drills chapter. Then, I did BC lowerbody premix. A couple I repeated. My legs are feeling a little heavy right now.

The weather remains beautiful here. It actually has been chilly at night and early morning. Working out has become less fatiging and I have more energy. I've also enjoyed bike rides.

Cynthia - All I can say is "Ow"!LOL Those drills in Cardio Kicks always give me DOMS the next day - can't imagine doing them TWICE!(gulp)

Ellen - Did you do KPC AND Legs & Glutes or a premix? Double-ow from me if you did!LOL

I did Timesaver #5 today and my legs already feel sore. I've been fitting in non-weighted lunges whenever I have a little free time at night in keeping with the freestyle method of training so my legs already felt a little sore this morning. Should have listened to my body and done something else today. Hope I can walk tomorrow!LOL

As far as a get-together, Mondays are fine and most weekends so far are fine except for 29 & 30 of this month when we're on vacation.
