Wow, I get to start the thread 2 days in a row. Hope everyone is doing okay. Haven't heard from Thea in a while so I'm wondering how her ankle is doing. I'm waving hi to everyone else.

I did Imax2 this morning. Wasn't sure if I'd be able to finish since my legs felt a little wobbly this morning but I made it. Almost done with the September Butts and Gutts rotation and then I'm planning on doing something else but don't know what. I miss my upper body work. This rotation is only working upper once a week.

The cooler weather is nice for working out. Can you believe it's October on Saturday!?

Hello,

Sue, how have you liked the September rotation? Any good results?

This morning I did Step Blast and added on some walking lunges, pushups and crunches. My weight was staying on the low side, but in the last few days I've inexplicably gained a couple of pounds. I don't know if it's for real or just water. That didn't stop me from eating Reese's Pieces after lunch today, though :)

I have a bad attitude about work and school this week; I just want to curl up in my bed for a few days and not be bothered. I hate feeling this way, so I've been trying to find weekends to plan some trips to visit friends. I need something to look forward to!

Just popping in to say hi. No workout this morning. Slept in! :(

I am loving the change in the weather. We painted all day Sunday and Saturday we were raking and picking up nuts that the squirrels are eating. I didn't look last night but from all the squirrel activity we were seeing on Sunday I am afraid no one would even know how many of those things we picked up this weekend.

Jill - How is Mace doing? Does he seem to be feeling like this is his home now?

Painting and doing yardwork tire me out more than any Cathe workout!

I think it's all the constant bending over, running up and down stairs, etc. for hours at a time that gets me. DH tries to convince me this is a workout but it's not nearly as much fun as one of my workouts!

Hi! Sorry I haven't checked in...work has been crazy! My ankle is getting better, thanks for asking Sue! It was just a bad sprain. I went to the doc and to physical therapy last week. I am taking the therapist's advice on working out and just doing what feels ok. I did the elliptical yesterday for 30 min, exercise bike for 10. This morning I did MM and skipped the lunges (oh, darn!). ;)

Sounds like the rest of you are doing ok, great job on the workouts. Marie, sounds like your yardwork was a big job--gotta love those squirrels! Hang in there Ellen....sometimes it's hard to stay positive but you can do it!

I am off work tomorrow, going to Gays Mills to the apple orchards (now if only I only eat apples and NOT apple pie!). I plan on doing some cardio before I leave. Take care!

I was hoping for some leaning in my legs because of all the cardio and legwork but I'm not seeing it unfortunately. I measured last night and I'm exactly the same! My diet has been very good the last 2 weeks. (Started off the rotation with a bad week of eating.:( ) I've been using lighter weights to incorporate a freestyle method of training but maybe I just need to be more patient. :7

It's not the best rotation I've ever done. I liked the Fat Blast Hardcore Rotation better.
