Morning BB's,

Today will be Power Hour and a 30 min Run.

I officially have a teenager in my house. DD's birthday is today, how time flies. She had a great time at track yesterday. It didn't start raining until they where half way through practice. Her coach approved of the Ryka's, and said he would like all the girls to wear that type of shoe. He also asked if her Mom picked them out for her. :+ We won't celebrate until tomorrow, when DH can get off work. She wants steak! Still trying to decide where we will be taking her.

Good morning,

Thanks Laurie! It was a nice day. I cleaned out my closet and put away almost all of my winter clothes and am going to sell a ton of stuff. I'm ready for a new style; I wish I had a personal shopper!

No workout for me today. I was up late working on trigonometry that I still don't understand. And last night, I was talking to my dad on the phone and was walking down the stairs to hand the phone to my brother when I slipped and fell down the stairs. Sheesh. Nothing major, just sore and bruised on my lower back where I hit the stairs. For Pete's sake! I guess that teaches me to try to do more than one thing at a time

Good morning,

Laurie - wow, a teen in the house! I hope she has a nice birthday. I hope her teen years are happy and angst-free Sounds like you did a great job picking out her shoes. Job well done, Mom. I had to laugh yesterday because my son was sick all last week and missed preschool. On Monday at 8:00 AM the preschool teacher called DH (I was at work) and said DS needed to bring an umbrella to school that day for a "puddle jumping walk". So I go to pick DS up at preschool that day and there are all the kids are with their adorable umbrellas parading around, and there's my DS with our Milwaukee Brewers/Miller Lite umbrella that was a give-away at a game we went to. LOL! I about melted into the ground. DH couldn't find the small umbrella so he sent that instead. The teachers were laughing about the 5 year old with the Miller Lite umbrella. Sheesh!

Ellen - Happy Late Birthday! Sorry you took a spill!! That's awful. I did that once and my tailbone was killing me for weeks.

Sarah - A pre-schooler with a Miller umbrella? What's unusual about that? It is Wisconsin after all!

Oh, and I forgot to add my workout. I did PUB and then instead of the 20 minute run in the rotation I did 20 minutes of the hi/lo from MIC. I was pooped. - Sarah
