Morning BB's,

I feel 100% better today than I did yesterday. :D So today I will do what I was suppose to do yesterday. PUB Up Premix Triceps/Biceps and a 30 min interval run.

Cynthia, I had to LOL on the alert for 35 deg temperatures. That is what we had this morning. Maybe I shouldn't have gotten out of bed. ;)

Good morning BBs!

Brrr, colder out this morning! We had a little bit of snow this morning. Enough to cause traffic problems!

I did a 60 min treadmill workout this morning and some abs. I was soooo sleepy all day yesterday, feel better today. I think I am going to start a rotation with circuit workouts next week, I feel the need to up the ante!

Laurie, glad you are feeling better today!

Good morning,

Today I did the Gauntlet. I went to bed late, then woke up in the middle of the night feeling completely restless, and finally fell back asleep at about 4. Got up at 5:30 and started working out, and my energy disappeared right at the start of the fifth cycle. I hate that! I got through it though :)

Laurie, I'm glad to hear you're feeling better! And it certainly was chilly this morning. It's okay though... I don't mind the cold when it's the holiday season. One of the Madison radio stations is playing all holiday music until the end of December, so I listened to that on my way to work. You can't be in a bad mood while listening to "Frosty the Snowman."

One of the guys at work has Christmas music playing from his PC that sounds like bad elevator music! We pulled the plug on his speakers since he hasn't even been around all morning! }(

No workout for me today. Woke up sore and tired so slept in instead.

Sue - sorry to hear about your arm injury after the fall.

Cynthia - At least you are getting a little taste of Wisconsin. Have you started your job yet?

I had another episode of the neck/shoulder pain with headache last week. It was the morning after doing Push/Pull so wondering if there is a relation. I think I am going to hold off on strength training for awhile to see if I can pin point a cause or figure out better how to avoid these.

DH left for Brazil on Sunday. I had him move my Nordic Track to the family room so that is my workouts for this week. It's been a long time since I used it and still feel it gives me a good workout.

Weird that there is no word on the newest Cathe workouts. Unless she is waiting and will surprise us with an announcement that they are done and shipping.

I love Christmas music and think they should start the continuous christmas music sooner than Thanksgiving. I would vote for November 1st! :)
 
Hi Everyone!

Just did SB premix, combo 2,3 and challenge. I really like this. IMO, the whole workout gets long and repetitious especially the 1st combo, so this is more doable. I also added on SPJ upperbody weights, abs, plank work. It was a fun hour.

Marie: Be careful with your neck. I know it's hard to trigger what sets it off. I just don't know if I'll ever be able to lift like I use to. I still am very cautious and have lowered my weights a couple pounds. It's a good thing I like cardio more than weight work. I haven't started working yet and it's kind of getting to be a joke. Administration is suppose to call me this week. (yeah right!) But I am getting as much Christmas shopping done as possible. I'm pretty much done!

Still chilly in the morning. I actually have to put on slippers lately!x( I've resisted turning on the heat, as it's only 66 degrees in the house in the morning. It's almost 60 degrees outside, so the house gets more comfortable as the day goes on.
