Slow start for me today. My sinuses are killing me. Does anyone else have chronic trouble with that? Just zaps my energy.
Anyway, I am slowly beginning to get back into exercise. I did cardio yesteray and rested today. My ankle got a little stiff but I am making sure to take it slow. I have an appointment with a sports med doc on Tuesday, hopefully he can give me some advice on how much and what type of exercise I can be doing. I want to do this right and not re-injure myself. My goal is run either a full or half marathon next May--they have one here in Madison.
Did any of you catch The Biggest Loser Tuesday night? I watched last season so I had to watch this one. Being a dietitian, I call watching it "work-related"
. It was ok. I was looking at Jillian Michael's (one of the BL trainers)new book. Anyone read it yet? She also is coming out with some new DVD workouts...I wonder how they'll be?
