Good morning BBs,

Still was lazy and slept in today. I am pretty sure I am not catching anything, just needed some extra sleep. I don't know what it is about slacking off from exercise, but I actually eat more and make very poor food choices. Feeling kind of bummed about that this week. Dreading WW weigh in Saturday. I am thinking I will use a no weigh in pass, then again maybe I should face the scale and that will sober me up!

How do you gals like the CTX series? I have them, but haven't done them in ages. I think I may dig them out and try them next week. For those of you who have them, do you feel they are enough of a workout for weight loss, or so you add anything to them? Thanks!

Work was crazy busy yesterday, hopefully today is more quiet. More snow in the forecast here today--it is very pretty but sure makes our commutes home a pain in the you know what!x(
