Did Kelly's The Shape of Things To Come last night. Not bad. Very different weight workout. It has a little cardio with primarily an upperbody workout. It's about 45 min. The cardio had some blasts, but not near the intensity of Cathe. A lot of shoulder work, waasn't sure how my neck would like that, but it seems fine this morning. Overall, it was a pretty good sweaty workout.
Today I am thinking IMax 2. I haven't done that in awhile!
