Morning BB's,

Today is Power Hour plus 200 waling lunges. Yesterday I did the Total Body Stretching. I am going to use the basic stretch after my runs. It is 15 min. and it mostly is the legs and lower back that are stretched.

I slept in yesterday morning but did a turbokick workout last night. This morning was Kendall Hogan's new one - Total Resculpt. My biceps are already feeling it. Looks like a nice 40 min workout although no Power Hour. I love Power Hour but know that many don't like it. However I don't often have that much time to do strength workouts so wish there was a way to do a 45 minute version.

Laurie - Enjoy PH but I can not imagine doing 200 walking lunges along with it. Your legs should be fried after that!

When talking about the booster seat they mentioned that this was also to help seat belts fit where they should rather than cut across the neck. That means I NEED A BOOSTER SEAT! :(

Did Kelly's The Shape of Things To Come last night. Not bad. Very different weight workout. It has a little cardio with primarily an upperbody workout. It's about 45 min. The cardio had some blasts, but not near the intensity of Cathe. A lot of shoulder work, waasn't sure how my neck would like that, but it seems fine this morning. Overall, it was a pretty good sweaty workout.

Today I am thinking IMax 2. I haven't done that in awhile!

Hi Ladies! I must say I love Power Hour myself! I like the whole style of it.

Marie, I have heard of "boosters" for adults!:) But there are also devices that you get to hold the seat belt down where it needs to be.

Woke up and did Pyramid Lower Body. The ball work gets me every time. Especially those froggy ones. They just bite right in those inner thighs!:eek: I just keep telling myself" it's working, it's working.."

Good morning,

Today is a rest day for me. I'm very tired. I watched the Grammys and talked on the phone to both of my parents, within about 15 minutes of each other. I don't remember the last time that happened.

Laurie, I'll have to try that section of Total Body Stretching — I think I've done it only once before and I don't really remember it. I'm not doing nearly enough stretching after running. Someone on VF recently suggested Unlocking Athletic Power and Yoga for Athletes as good stretching/yoga videos for runners; I might look into those too.

Even though I'm mostly running, I'm getting the itch to buy new DVDs. I still haven't gotten the TLTs; those might be next. I wonder if a timeframe for Cathe's new workouts is coming?

Ellen - I'm wondering the same thing. It's been a couple of weeks since an update so hopefully Cathe will post something tomorrow. I need to do more stretching, too. I like Tamilee Webb's stretching workout. The scenery is beautiful and relaxing and she holds the sretches a fair amount of time.

Sounds like lots of you are doing good stretching. I could use more of this. My hamstrings are soooooo tight.

Laurie & Marie - I would like to get Power Hour in my next video purchase. Still don't have this one. Glad to hear that others like it.

Susan - I did the PLB ball work last night too. I did the CTX Step+Intervals (which I like) and then tacked on the ball work. I'm with you - those frog legged things on the ball are a killer! And 3 sets of them! Eeeek!

Ellen - I watched some of the Grammy's too. So many musical performances!! I had it on TiVo so fast-forwarded through the ones I don't like (that means you, Mariah). :D

I'm with all of you, itching for at least an update from Cathe.
