Good Morning!

Had a good 3 days off. Got everything done and plus that I wanted to get done over the last 3 days, which is a beautiful thing.

Friday I did Cardio Coach Press Play got 10 miles on. Sat I did Flex Train and I had my Sat class (had 5 people this time). Sunday was my no workout day but got my workout in doing the trimming which takes me about 1.5 - 2 hrs to do. Should be the last time for the season. Today I did CrossFire. Had a pretty good workout.

Hi Brenda. You are always doing lawn work. I bet your lawn is beautiful all year long.

I enjoyed my unplanned rest week. I admit that October and November are the months that I struggle with my workouts the most. I averaged 3 days a week..sometimes 4 for October. I am planning to switch to evening workouts this month so I will see how that change goes. I told DH that we will need to hold each other accountable. I just wanted to check in this morning so you won't think I have disappeared.

This morning I did Burn Sets Chest, Back, Shoulders, and core. Had a really good workout.. felt really strong. I love days like those.

Hope the evening workouts work for you. Its nice that you and your DH can hold each other accountable. I don't have that with my DH. We are way different ends of the spectrum when it comes to taking care of ourselves.

Glad all is well and that you enjoyed your unplanned rest week.
 
Checkinh in to say that I actually did my evening workout on Tuesday. I did Cardio Fusion through the Drill Max segments while DH was on the elliptical.

I have to give Cathe credit for Xtrain. That is one great series.
 
This morning I did RWH LI HiiT 1 & 2. I usually feel that one in the legs next day.

I agree, I really like XTrain. Anxious to get her new ICE series.

Glad you got your PM workout in. I like Cardio Fusion.
 
My Wednesday PM workout was Xtrain Burnsets Biceps and Triceps followed by quad and hamstrings training on DH machine. My hams are talking to me this morning.

Great minds think alike. I did XTrain Burnsets Bi's, Tri's, and Core this morning. Arms are feeling pumped.
 
My biceps were saying hello yesterday LOL. I had a 6:30 hair appointment so no workout yesterday. I plan to get in some cardio this evening.

The weather has been nice all week. Mostly in low 70s. It's supposed to be 80 degrees today.

My biceps are talking to me today. :D This morning I did Cardio Coach 7 on the elliptical and put on 9.3 miles. I haven't done that one in a while. It has two long challenges. I was a big ole sweaty mess by the time I was done.. it was all good.

We had some storms come through last night about 11:30 that it woke me up. Really windy and rain. Today our temp is supposed to start dropping and tomorrow only a high of about 48. I suppose we are in November.

A quick run down of the weekend. Saturday morning I did Lean Legs & Abs and then later I had my Sat class. Sunday was my rest day. Haven't worked out yet today. Decided to get some extra sleep this morning. I start my Kickboxing class again tonight so that will be my workout for the day.

Saturday met two friends for lunch that I haven't seen in a while and we had a great visit. We had lunch and visited for 2 hours. It was very nice.

Saturday was 30 minutes of elliptical cardio. Sunday was rest. Today was 35 minutes of To The Max. I was dragging because we had a pretty heavy dinner. I need to make some adjustments somewhere so I will have enough get up and go in the evenings LOL.

You must be excited about starting kickboxing again. Hope things went well.

The number of people in my class started at 3, went to possibly 5, and down to 2 possibly 3 in about 1/2 hr. I had 3 people signed up and only 2 showed. I just don't get people that pay for a class and then don't show up. Don't understand that at all. I had a husband & wife sign up but the wife threw her back out so they both canceled and supposedly are going to sign up in January. The two gals that came last night are trying to back into shape after having a baby. The one just had her baby 5 months ago. Considering the circumstances I thought they did real well.

This morning I did XTrain Chest, Back, Shoulders, and core. The weights felt more challenging than normal. We'll have days like that.
 
Kind of reminds me how people pay gym membership fees and don't go to the gym.

Today was a work day but I got to come home early so that was nice. I was able to get in my workout at 5:30. Did elliptical cardio followed by leg work on the machine.

Yesterday I took an extra rest day. I did not sleep well, got to be a little later than normal and I feel like my body is fighting something. Today I did the majority of Cardio Fusion. I didn't do all the blasts from Drill Max as I was running out of time and wanted to get my stretch in. I like that workout but its a long one. Could still tell I'm fighting something. My legs felt really heavy and I have sinus pressure. Feel tired. I did the best I could and pushed through. I'm glad that I did, I could tell I wasn't up to par.

Had some storms come through last night. Expecting gusts of wind up to 40-50 mph today. Temps drop. I suppose we are in November and it hasn't been too bad so I don't want to complain.

It was really windy last night and this morning. The winds are supposed to calm down some time today.

Saturday morning I did Cardio Coach Press Play and did 10 mi on the elliptical. Then later I had my Saturday class. I had all 5 people there which was nice. Sunday was my rest day. This morning I did Hardstrikes with the 3 HBB Tabatas and core work.

Weekend was nice. Got things done that I wanted to get done and got to spend some nice relaxing time with my DH.

I can't believe next week is Thanksgiving already.

Last night I had my kickboxing class and the two gals that I have did better than last week so that was good to see.

This morning I did RWH Chest, Shoulders, Tri's, and Core. I wasn't sure if I was up for that but I went for it and did it. It felt harder than usual but I pushed through it.

This morning I did All Out LI HIT. I did some of the moves high impact to get more of a workout.

Today I have my one year follow up appt. for my hip. They will take x-rays to make sure everything is in place. Hopefully all is well. It feels good just weird when I hear it moving over the muscles, tendon, and ligaments. Want to make sure that part is normal. Never hurts just feels weird.
 
Wow! It's been a year already since your surgery.

It was very windy here on Saturday . I got in some elliptical cardio and Muscle Endurance since my last check in. Not much but something.

Things are really busy at work. DS has college acceptances already so that is relief. Not sure if he will apply to others but I don't think so. A few friends have not even started their college applications yet. I am very surprised by one of them.

Today was RWH Back, Rear Delts, Bi's and core. Had a good workout. I love working my bi's. :D

Appt. last night went well. Everything is in the same place that it was last year. We noticed on the x-rays on the outside of my hip and I have what they called heterotopic ossification, where bone tissue forms outside of the skeleton. Apparently this is common when someone has had hip replacement. Majority of the time its uncommonly symptomatic. Otherwise, don't need to go back to the doc unless I'm having issues. Hopefully I won't see him for a really long time. What I hear/feel is common. Like I thought, it's the ball going moving around through all the muscles, tendons, and ligaments. As long as it doesn't hurt I don't have to worry about it.

I figured you've been pretty busy since I hadn't heard from you for a few days. It's windy here too. Chance of 1-3" of snow between tomorrow night and Saturday.
