Buff Badgers Month of September

I love High Reps but I absolutely hate the warm up. I just make up my own too. Today was elliptical cardio.

Burnsets Bi's and Tri's is one of my favorites. My biceps are pumped (at least for mine) after this workout .

Quick run down of the last few days.
Friday was an hour on the elliptical
Saturday was Lean Legs & Abs and also had a 2 mile walk for the Walk to End Alzheimer's
Sunday was no workout.
Today was AOLIHIT and core work.

This morning was RWH Chest, Shoulders, Tri's and core. Oh my.... I think those muscles are going to be talking to me tomorrow. It's all good.

I just realized I didn't post. Saturday was Burnsets Biceps and Triceps. Just love the burn. Overslept yesterday and really had planned to workout. Today was 30 minutes of elliptical cardio. I cheated on time because I wanted to talk to a friend before I left for work. We dont talk often but try to catch up on things via early morning conversations when we can.

OMG.... my tri's more than anything are talking to me from yesterdays workout. This morning I did BM2 Cardio Blast. That one always kicks my butt. Major sweat fest going on. Felt harder on the legs than normal but I pushed through it and got it done. :D
 
Today was Burnsets all upper body. I hope I don't have to wave at anyone tomorrow because I think I will be feeling this.

I absolutely love BM2. The music and Cardio routine are awesome.
 
Good Morning!

I got up this morning to workout and felt like I got hit by a truck. I crawled back into bed to get some more sleep. I don't know if I'm fighting something or if its all from stress from work. Work has been kicking my butt mentally lately... worse than normal. Glad I listened to my body.

BS all upper body.. you go girl. :)

Feel better today, not so fatigued. This morning I did RWH back, delts, bi's, and core. Had a good workout. Muscles feeling all pumped up.

Good Morning!

Saturday I did Afterburn. Sunday was no workout but did yard some yard work. This morning I did MMA Kickboxing. Haven't done that one in a super long time. I didn't sleep well last night so the energy was lacking. This was good based on how I felt. At least it was something.

A rainy and cool morning. This morning I did XTrain Chest, Back, Shoulders and majority of Core 1. Felt good, had pretty good strength.

Hi Brenda. I went out of town for my great aunt's 90th bday celebration.

I am glad you let your body rest the other day.

This morning was 45 minutes of elliptical cardio. It is raining this evening and supposed to be cool and raining the rest of the week.
 
Just finished RWH Hiit Circuit Upper Body. I feel like this was the best workout I have had in the last 2 weeks. I feel so great right now.
