Thea - I have Low Impact Step. Only did it once but to be honest, I don't see myself doing this one very often. It is lower impact and the choreography is simple for anyone who does Cathe. No new moves are introduced and the music isn't the greatest so it's not as much fun to do IMO.

Had a rest day yesterday and did Muscle Endurance this morning. 3 more days of the September rotation and then I don't know what I'll do. It's been awhile since I've done the Gym Styles or Slow and Heavy so maybe I'll do the October rotation or at least part of it.

Have a good weekend everyone!

Hello,

So glad it's Friday. This is a short day at work for me; I have to go to the doctor this afternoon. Ugh, but I'm glad to get out early. Everybody is majorly on edge around here.

I'm going to work out when I get home; I think I'm going to do Boot Camp cardio and legs, then HSC. But I was reading on the Ask Cathe thread about the person who had great success with a three-month rotation that Cathe created for her, and the rotation sounded pretty interesting. So does the October rotation! It's fun to know that there are good options — I really like having everything scheduled out for me.

I hope everybody has a great weekend! It's supposed to be beautiful. Fall is wonderful.

HI you guys. I'm still alive, I've just been so busy with my puppy! I have to watch him CONTANTLY, just like a toddler. The big problem I'm having right now is keeping him away from my puzzle mats. They seem to be the perfect chew toy in his opinion. Since I paid $280 for them I am NOT happy about that!! They are 10' x 12' so not really convenient to put them away every day. The bitter spray doesn't seem to deter him at all. So all I've been doing is yelling NO at him.

Why did I get a puppy again??? LOL

Cause he is cute and warm and cuddly! Have you tried spraying him with a spray bottle filled with water when he gets near the mats? for awhile when Muggs was a pup I kept him on his leash in the house because it was easier to catch him when necessary. I also attached his leash to a doorknob when getting ready for work so I didn't have to worry about what he was up to. He is just learning the rules and testing you. Even now though I still need to check on Muggs when he is out of site to be sure he isn't being naughty but many times he just decided it was time to go to bed. Remember a tired dog is a good dog - so lots of walks and throwing toys for him to fetch. When does he start school? Take care.
