Hello BB's,

Well today is Friday!!!!! I will be on vacation once I leave this place. :D They don't make that smiley big enough for me today! If all goes well I should be leaving at about 1pm. As soon as I get home I'm getting my workout in.

Today is GS Legs and a 30 min. Run.

Sue, hey think nothing of it, my boss actually is a great guy. Has too much to do as far as I'm concerned. They need to hire an additional person to help him out. One can only hope! He just depends on me, and everyone around here pulls him in different directions every second. ;)

Marie, I am so lazy in the morning that I can't get my butt out of bed to do a morning workout. I usually wait until I get home or the girls are in bed. My workout starts between 8:30 or 9pm. My DH works second shift and by the time I'm done he is home from work. Gives me a chance to talk to him and wind down from the workout.

Ellen, Hope you dog gets better soon.

Have a great day!

Laurie

Laurie - Have a great vacation! I look forward to hearing about your trip. All my vacations this year have been house related - moving, electrical work, bathroom project.... So I need to vacation vicariously. DH gets up at 4am (as should I to do my workouts) so we get to bed about 9:30. Right now mornings are my best times for workouts but I only have 45 minutes max and not feeling very coordinated. Hoping to start getting some evening workouts in even if short. Other than taking the dog for a walk. DH has been traveling so much though the past few months and that really disrupts my routine. Any purchasing jobs there????

Good morning,

Laurie, have a great trip!

I've been a day ahead all week, so yesterday felt like it should have been Friday. I wasn't pleased to have to get up today :) It should be a quiet but busy day at work. When I get home tonight I'm hoping to do Imax 2 and Muscle Max; my motivation is wavering though.

And my dog seems to be getting back to normal; it was just disconcerting to see her struggle to get her back legs to work. She's okay now. We may have to put a shirt on her to keep her from bothering her stitches, though :) She definitely won't be pleased about that!

Jill, how's Mace?

Have a great Friday,
Ellen

Laurie-have a blast!!! LOL @ the smileys being too small.

Marie-walking the dog counts, doesn't it? I haven't been doing much more than that this week, either. I just can't seem to get back to WANTING to exercise every day. I know it will pass; I just hope it will be soon.

Ellen-Imax2 AND MM??? OMG you are my hero! LOL Glad to hear your pup is feeling better.

Mace is doing well, adjusting to his new home. He pooed yesterday in the house, but outside last night and this morning. I am finally learning to read him. And he's actually going to sit by the back door-smart puppy!! I still worry, though; the beagle in him makes him quite the "sniffer" and I am always trying to watch to make sure he's not sniffing for a place to go. No potty in the house at all though! Yay!

He also discovered the cats yesterday now that he's feeling better. He likes to bark at them and chase them. Their salvation in the cat door in the door to the basement. They are able to go upstairs if he and I are downstairs, and vice versa. All of a sudden I was sitting here working and heard a big "smack" sound. I figured he'd run into the door--nope, he got through the cat door! Not good.....but I'm sure it won't be long before he's too big. The poor cats just dont' know what to do!

Jill - It sounds like things are pretty exciting around your house what with dogs chasing cats and all! LOL But exciting in a GOOD way. I'm sure in no time Mace will either get along with the cats or come to some kind of "agreement".

Laurie - Have fun at Disneyworld! Hope the weather is nice for you. Maybe you can post some pictures when you get back?

I did SJP this morning. It felt great.

Everyone have a great weekend!

Sue

Good Evening Ladies!

I just got done doing my Ramp-It-Up video from slim-in-6. It has been going pretty well. I have lost 3 pounds in three weeks, so I'm happy with that. I think the change up of the routine was what I needed, that and I haven't had any cookies around lately :)

Laurie - have a wonderful time at DW! Give Mickey a kiss for me!

Marie - walking the dog counts, at least that is what I tell myself!

Jill - don't worry, your motivation will come back. Your wonderful Mace has your attention right now. Just wait until you try to work out and they think you want to play on the floor. My wonderful dog comes over and starts pulling on my hair and licking my face :)

Have a great weekend ladies!
