Morning BB's,
Today will be PLB/Abs/CTX Kickbox cardio only. Saturday is a 5 mile run and PLB stability ball. Sunday will be stretching.
TGIF I made it to the end of the week. Looking forward to the weekend. I'm making cut-out cookies tomorrow. Will make the batter tonight. We also are having some friends over on Sunday. Only invited four people over, not like Sue with the 32. That is like my whole family showing up for an event. :7 I'm taking a half day on Monday, getting my eyes checked for new glasses. I'm hopeful that the bi-focal stage is not upon me. x( Little signs have been appearing though. Sometimes my arms seem to be too stretched out.
Jill, I'm not a soda drinker, but I do love my coffee and tea. :9
