Morning BB's,

Yipee!! Today is Friday. On the schedule for today is PS Legs Standing, Abs, and the Premix #1 of SJP. Saturday will be a 5 Mile Run and PS Legs Floorwork. Sunday will be my rest or stretch day. And watching the Packers. Still not going to give up on them.

Am looking forward to seeing most of you on Monday.

Jedi, I would like to go to the gym, but with a DH that works second shift, alot of the running around falls to me. I would really like to try a spinning class, and meet with a personal trainer. We MAY be getting a exercise room here at work with a personal trainer. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we do. Let us know if you finally do decide on the trainer and what feedback you get.

Yeah it is Friday!!!

I hope you get that ex room at work. We have one but it is in another building and busy so not a good option for me.

Jedi - I currently do not belong to a gym but have in the past. I enjoyed the classes. And am thinking of re-joining at least temporarily to help me get going on this wt loss. My office is right below a gym (Wis Athletic Club - Tosa)so I can't beat that for after work convenience. Up to now there has been so much going on with the bathroom so alot of running around for me. By the middle of this month my shcedule will finally free up again.
 
I'm doing the November rotation so today was HSC even though I just did it on Monday. It's a fun workout so I did it again instead of subbing. Hoping the weather will cooperate for my interval and steady state runs over the next few days. I'm a real wimp about cold - especially first thing in the morning. At least they're short so I just have to tell myself to "just do it".

Jedi - I missed your question but assumed you are asking about health club memberships and personal training? We have a family membership at the Y but because I don't get home until 6, most of the classes aren't convenient. I did take a Bosu class earlier this year that started at 6:30 and a lot of fun. They don't offer it anymore unfortunately. Now that Saturday a.m. sports for the kids are done for awhile I'm thinking of taking a Sat a.m. class. Never signed up for any personal training although I did have a fitness eval including bodyfat measurement about 5 years ago. It was pretty good at the time but I don't think the numbers are the same today. :-(

Hi everyone,

Been away for awhile with visitors. Today was my first workout in a week, but I did take 2 hikes up Pinnacle Peak this past week, which is a pretty good workout. I did Christi's Solid Gold Step and HSTA upperbody premix. Tomorrow is Cardio Kicks (kicking drills twice) and BC lowerbody premix. I really like this combo. It is a great lowerbody workout.

Marie how is the neck doing?

Hope you guys have fun on your dinner. I have been getting all of your dinner emails. I unfortunealty can't attend, sounds like fun. I replied to one of you, if you could remove me from the email as I didn't need the dinner info. I had several emails. Please don't take offense. I just had about 6 emails. Thanks!
