Morning BB's,

Today will be 30 min Run / Power Hour. Saturday I will be a stretch, and Sunday is The Viper.

The show was funny, but I wouldn't go back to it. I'm not into menopause, so some of the things where not quite as funny. But the things I have experienced, they did a great job of making fun of it. And it was nice to see a bunch of women with different body styles. All the women where great singers.

Have to go, very busy at work today. Already had to send a nasty gram to one of my vendors. I hate paying bills!!!!

Good morning,

I'll probably do some upper body and abs after work. Tomorrow will be an eight-mile run. I'm nervous about whether I'll be able to finish it; I have gotten shin splints every time I've run outside this week. Sunday will be more upper body and probably some stretching. It's supposed to be close to 60 tomorrow!

I ran on the lakeshore path at the end of the day yesterday; it was so pleasant and peaceful. You can almost forget you're on a busy college campus because it's so quiet.

Hi, all!

Did GS shoulders this morning and was supposed to do Lowmax 4-7 but didn't feel like cardio this morning so did 40 min. of MTV Pilates instead. First time with that workout dvd and I liked it. Tonight I'll try to do LM but we'll see how I feel. Right now I feel like going to bed early. NOT looking forward to my 10+ hour work-day tomorrow. }( At least I get a day of comp time and a free lunch from my boss.

Tomorow will be rest and Sunday will be GS Triceps + HSC.

Ellen - Enjoy your run outside with 60 degree weather! Hope you don't get shin splints.

Hey girls. I just have a minute. Someone is coming to look at my house at 1pm. Surprised the heck out of me! She called last night - saw my ad online. I don't have a sign in my yard cuz I haven't found a place to live yet, but I didn't delete my 2 online ads cuz I don't want to have to pay for them again later. So they are coming at 1:00 and I'm looking at another house at 2:00. Wish me luck!
