Hello,
So glad it's almost the weekend. I was just suddenly hit with an almost overwhelming feeling of exhaustion; I hope it doesn't last. I don't like feeling sluggish like this.
Assuming I can shake out the cobwebs by the time I get home tonight, I'll do cardio and GS back, shoulders and biceps. My triceps are sore from yesterday's workout; it's a good one.
