Well the weekend is finally here. Been busy at work today, so haven't had a chance to get on to post.

Tonight will be GS BSB, Abs, and Kickbox cardio plus Boot Camp Cardio. Should be a good work out.

Hello,

So glad it's almost the weekend. I was just suddenly hit with an almost overwhelming feeling of exhaustion; I hope it doesn't last. I don't like feeling sluggish like this.

Assuming I can shake out the cobwebs by the time I get home tonight, I'll do cardio and GS back, shoulders and biceps. My triceps are sore from yesterday's workout; it's a good one.

HI ladies. Sorry-I posted on yesterday's thread. Duh!

I am in such a slump I just don't know what to do. I worked out yesterday and now today-zero motivation. I had Rhythmic Step on the rotation for today, but just don't feel like doing it! Grrrr. I don't know what is wrong with me! I have gained weight in the last few months and just can't seem to get my head (or body) together. *sigh*

Did 1st segment of Still Jumpin, followed by HSChallenge cardio, upperbody and abs. 65 min. workout.
