Happy Labor Day everyone! 
Not sure if anyone is around but felt like doing a checkin today so I hope this thread doesn't get lost out there.
I did no workouts at all on Thursday and Friday. DS had his football picture taken on Thursday and I was just exhausted Thursday night to do anything. Slept in on Friday so I didn't get a workout in before leaving for the Dells. I did a few rides at Noah's Ark but the highlight of my day had to be lying in the sun by the wave pool and relaxing.
It felt great. Unfortunately, I forgot to put suntan lotion on my forehead of all places so I got a nasty burn.
We got home late Friday after eating dinner and doing a little shopping at the outlet mall in the Dells.
On Saturday I felt like all that resting finally paid off! I did the Wedding video cardio and then proceeded to organize and clean my entire house (well, not the entire house - but I got a lot done!) I was go, go, go all day and didn't get tired at all. On Sunday I did Musclemax Timesaver premix (at 56 min. it's not too much of a timesaver but all I could squeeze in before church). After church it was go, go, go in the yard and we got a lot of weeds and pruning taken care of. DS had a football practice with the Carroll University football players. I felt bad for him. It was 94 degrees without a patch of shade anywhere to be found. They practiced at Schneider Stadium on astroturf which was pretty neat for him.
This morning I did my new Amy Bento - Rumble. I am kind of lukewarm on it. I burned tons of calories and enjoyed the bag work although it was a bit repetitious. The first part was low energy and lacked a fun factor I thought. I would have been very disappointed if the entire workout was like the first part without the bag. Well, DH wants to paint DS' room today but first I have to run to the store so I better get going.
