Today was Low MAx and leg work. Boy an I feeling it. I was so hungary afterwards that I had yogurt, cottage cheese, a whole wheat english muffin and a necterine. How is everyone else? I hope all is well. Take care of yourselfs, you can do it, be fit, be healthy, and have a great day

Good morning,

Last night for me was day five of the August rotation, which was a calisthenics-type of workout. I did 100 walking lunges, 50 jumping jacks, two sets of eight push-ups, 100 crunches and 25 dips, repeated four times. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it might be, and I'm not as sore today as I thought I would be. It took a little less than an hour to complete.

Today will be Imax 3 and 20 terminator climbers after work. I'll probably break up the climbers throughout the Imax, rather than doing them all at once.

It's so beautiful out today! I'll have to try to get out of my office throughout the day to enjoy the sunshine and cooler temperatures. Have a great day!

Hi girls,

It's the straggler Buff Badger checking in! Our kitchen project and work has completely monopolized my time, but hopefully that is coming to a close! I have a bit of DOMS from Monday's workout, and I haven't decided which workout to do today...probably something with cardio and toning since I didn't get cardio in yesterday. I'm gearing up for the 5K walk for wishes on Saturday. Me and the family are going to walk it - I was going to try to run it, but there's no way that would go over with the family...and I'm honestly not ready to run a 5K...but maybe next year!

Hope everyone has a great healthy day! I'm trying to talk myself into going down to do my workout before the rest of my projects become priority... Some days it's just such a struggle!!!

Morning BB's,

Today will be Cardio Kicks plus intervals 6-10 of Imax1. Last night I did Step Fit. Had forgotten that those power scissors where in that one.x( And tonight the power lunges are in the Imax1. Legs are going to be toasted after tonight. }(

Youngest dd was swimming last night and they send them out one at a time down the lane. She goes out stong and just plowed the other girls over. Swam right over the top of them practically. :7 I shouldn't have laughed, but she wasn't going to be stopped. The girl has quite a kick.

Have a great day!

Hi girls! My day started off TOO WEIRD!! I work from home most of the time. I usually have to get up and take one of my boys somewhere, but this was one of those rare mornings when I didn't have to do that, and they were at their dad's last night. I didn't set my alarm last night, because I'm always up early. Well, imagine my SHOCK when I woke up and it was just after 10am!! I JUMPED out of bed and yelled OMG. LOL. My boss is at a seminar today; he usually will call to check in by 8:30 or so. Not today. So I'm behind all day, although I have to say I feel really refreshed and not tired like I usually am.

Jedi-good job getting your workout in so early. And what a healthy breakfast. It sounds good.

Ellen-how are your legs feeling after a few days? I think mine would be shaking by now lol.

Amy-how much longer till your remodeling is done? How exciting---it's so neat to have everything all brand new and shiny. :) Good luck in the walk!

Laurie-I dread power scissors! Do you ever take a day off? You seem to workout really hard almost every day.

Where has Marie been? She started this checkin and hasn't been around in so long. Is she on vacation and I missed it?

Yesterday I did Gilad Step Aerobics all on the bosu. The workout itself is not tough (compared to Cathe) but on the bosu it's a whole other story. It really works the old quads harder.

Not sure about today....I need to do either weights or AWT.

At least you got the sleep you needed :)

I seem to be surviving this rotation so far. I was super tired for a couple of weeks before I started doing this, but I think it was related to other issues, not working out. Now I'm back to normal and feeling better, so I haven't felt excessive tiredness yet! I'm thinking about moving my rest day from tomorrow to Friday — day seven of this rotation calls for a five-mile run, and day eight calls for Boot Camp x2, so I might prefer a rest day between the run and Boot Camps!

From what I can tell, though, it looks like Cathe went (relatively) easy the first week. The workouts aren't too long, but that appears to change in the second week. Regardless, this is a good one. And I'm actually sticking to it!

Hope you got caught up with work today :)

Hey ladies! Sorry I haven't checked in for awhile. We were on 'mini-vacation' mode since last Thursday. DH took some days off from work, so we went to visit my sister, our parents, and we have been doing some landscaping around here. I just haven't had the time to play on Cathe for awhile!
I did try out Cathe's Kick, Punch & Crunch video this past weekend. A friend gave it to me, and I think I will like this the more I do it. Doing a video for the first time is always a little awkward. Anyway, I plan and doing Cardio + weights tonight, if all goes well! Talk to you later!

Hi BBs,
Here I am. Just no workouts for me because of my foot (sting) but that is finally getting better. But DH is in China and workers are here working on the bathroom so life is crazy even though I am technically on vacation. The bathroom has been an adventure with one problem after another but it seems to be coming together OK. They won't be done until Monday (hopefully). I am glad I was here though or who knows what they would have done! :( I think the guy is used to doing things the way he wants without the customer input other than at the initial qoute.

Jill - I can't take credit for starting the check in only coordinating the get together.

Amy - Did you get my last email?
