Good morning, thought I'd get the threat going for us! Oh, I woke up and thought it was Friday but no such luck. Bummer, but at least we're almost there!
Step Blast and the step only portion of SJ&P for me this morning. Makes for a nice long cardio segment. I was nearly wiped out by the end of that blast challenge though! Feeling a bit tired this morning, I may have to hit the hay early tonight to catch up.
Have weigh-in tonight at Weight Watchers--anyone else go? I have been debating back and forth. I have about 10# of fat I'd like to lose, but I wonder if I will get frustrated with the scale. If I do more and more Cathe, my overall weight may not change, but the inches will. I will keep going for now and see, it's not like I have that much muscle growth yet anyway! I'm far from "buff"!
How does everyone else monitor their diet? Are you just eating "clean" or do you count calories, eat when hungry, do a program? Just curious what is working or not working for us all.
