Morning BB's,

Loved my workout this morning, it was Barry's 5DA Cardio with Jay and 4DS Bi's & Tri's.

Lala, Have a great time at the tall ships, they have been in our area a few times. Our guilde has entertained on them also, so really kind of period. I have been to the Central WI faire a couple of times, it was on the order of State Fair as far as entertainment value. Just a little smaller.

Laurie - Great workout this morning. I can't picture in my head who Jay is. I just remember Barry and Joey (the cute one) and Nadia.

Lala - I haven't heard of Motiontraxx. Are those like Cardio Coach and iTrains? It's too hard to keep up with all the new stuff coming out.

Susan - I'll probably have to buy new football stuff for DS, too. He weighed in at 180 pounds this week! He's 6'1" so he's not overweight but pretty big for a 13 yo. We're just the opposite - DH likes a firm mattress and I like a softer one. It's so nice to be able to have something we can both sleep on.

Got a burst of energy last night when my new dvds showed up in the mail. Finally finished PH bis, tris and abs and also did KCM Cardio Blast 30 min. step workout. I like this workout a lot. It was FUN with a lot of new moves and no dread factor. Will do Tonique this weekend. A little scary because I've only done the 30 min. w/o from Exercise TV and that leaves me sore. A whole hour may leave me unable to sit for a week!

Going to see Wicked also this weekend so looking forward to that. I haven't seen any kind of performance like this is a long, long time.

Just finished another 4 miler, this was doing 1minute walking and 1 minute running, apparently this kind of training should improve running times...I just liked the walking part

Susan, yes, motiontraxx is on the order of itrain and cardio coach. it has a lot of variety. DS sounds like he is made for football! Is your KCM the new one you got? I´m saving for turbofire. DD loved Wicked when she saw it. Enjoy!

Laurie, yes, everything in Central WI is smaller with the exception of the world´s largest round barn!
