Morning BB's,
This morning was yoga, so PY4H Magical Hips was the workout of choice. Saturday I did a 30 min. run outdoors, and Disc 29 Plyo Legs. Sunday was our 2nd rehearsal, and around 3:30 pm we got rained out. Guess our rehearsal will be a lot longer next week. Hopefully this rain thing isn't going to be the norm for the summer.
Susan, I don't even remember how long I have had my tm, but I'm hoping it will be an easy inexpensive fix.
You will love all those workouts, NMTZ is really great.
Sue, Will be ready with your review of the new Bob Harper workouts. I'm hoping that they will be good.
