Morning BB's,

Today I really haven't decided what I'm going to do. I'm thinking of trying some of the CW Kickboxing or KPC. So we will see, but I'm thinking some type of kickboxing. I did all the push-ups on my toes at the same timing as Cathe and crew on GS CT. I didn't pause the DVD through the w/o. It wasn't pretty toward the end, but I stayed on my toes. }( I have to remember to breath. At the end I was holding my breath too much.

Must be a kickboxing day. I did Turbojam 20 minute workout this morning. Still tired and fighting getting up but happy that I did. I am sure by next week my body will have adjusted better to the time change.

Laurie - Congrats on matching Cathe! I AM IMPRESSED!!!!

Laurie, all I can say is, I am in awe. I don't think I can do all of the pushups on my knees. Good for you!

I went for a run yesterday but felt like I was on fumes. Today I'm more congested than ever, and I have class tonight so I won't try to get a workout in. This cold is really getting annoying.

Hi, BBs!

Laurie - The breathing is my problem with pushups, too. I can do all the pushups in GS Chest on my toes but I'm gasping for air at the end. Sometimes I do these on my own so I can go at my own pace and then finish the rest of the DVD picking up after the pushups.

I'm struggling with a cold, too. Was determined to workout this morning though and even though I thought about quitting every 10 minutes managed to finish Circuit Max. Skipped the 1 arm rows and pushups at the end though.

Hello Ladies,

Well, someone sent their cold over here to me too! I got up and ran for 40 minutes this morning and then did Pilates. My cold is mostly in my throat. My son and hubby had it last week. Tomorrow in IMAX1 -I dread those plyo scissors!!! Stay strong- Susan
