Susan - I wish I had your energy today! Did NOT feel like working out this morning but did anyway
Laurie - I'm in the market for a new bike, too, since mine was stolen last summer. Wheel and Sprocket has their annual sale at State Fair Park coming up next weekend. This is where we've purchased our last few bikes. They adjust it for you right away which is nice.
Ellen - I envy you being able to run along the lake. It's so beautiful in Madison once the snow melts and everything starts greening up. Don't work too hard.
Sarah - I can believe your legs are fried after PLB and 200 walking lunges! LOL Huge dread factor on this one for me with the floorwork. Since shorts weather is just around the corner, maybe I should dust this one off.
SH Legs + MM lower body premix for me this morning. Last night I did a 2 mile walk. Will try to walk or do Pilates tonight. Tomorrow is a rest day.
I have an ultrasound tomorrow I'm kind of nervous about. DH and I applied for life insurance last month and my test came back with elevated liver enzymes. I'm a very, very light drinker (1 drink every 2 or 3 months) so it's not alcohol abuse believe me. They already tested for Hepatitis B and C and those were negative. My doctor isn't very concerned because "those darn insurance companies will look for any excuse to charge a higher rate" (sorry if I offend anyone in the insurance field). We're doing the tests anyway for peace of mind. Will find out the results next Friday. My doctor thinks it could either be all the vitamins I take (multi-vitamin plus extra C, E, B and 2 baby aspirin) or my birth control pills that's elevating my levels. For now, I've dropped back to just the multi-vitamin.
