Good morning,
Although I planned to start the November rotation today, I was too tired to get out of bed, so I'll move the week's rest day to today and start the rotation in earnest tomorrow.
I went for a couple of runs over the weekend that actually felt really good. I haven't gone running in several months, so it was a nice change. A friend of mine from Indiana wants me to sign up to do the Indy mini marathon next May, and I'm seriously thinking about doing it. I'd have to sign up pretty soon because it fills up really fast (even with 30,000 runners!). Have any of you ever done a half marathon? The longest event run I've ever done is a 10k. I just keep thinking that if my friend can do it, and several other friends of mine can do it, and none of them work out as much as I do, then surely I can, right?

I think I'll have to join a gym to train though.

Thea, I'm glad to see you posting again after all your injury recovery. And way to go on your weight loss. I've tried Weight Watchers online but have never had much luck with it. Maybe meetings are the way to go?
Michelle, my dad grew up in Delavan, and most of his side of the family still lives there. It's such a small town; I'm always surprised when anyone else has heard of it, let alone lived there
